As part of Black Lives Matter at Schools week, meet up a bit before drop-off tomorrow morning in front of the school on Pacific Street as we read the Four national demands

  1. End Zero Tolerance – focus our schools on Restorative Justice.
  2. Hire More Black Teachers – Increase teacher retention and opportunities for teachers of color
  3. Black history and Ethnic Studies – include Black History and Ethnic Studies in the K-12 curriculum.
  4. Fund Counselors, not Cops – Focus on nurturing and protecting our students.
