2 311 ICT Nickeisha Moore [email protected]
This is my 2nd year at P.s. 261 and I’m excited to return. I truly enjoy the loving, warm, and kind atmosphere that surrounds this school. There is without a doubt a supportive environment that encourages me to be my very best. I have had opportunities with student teaching, substituting, and being a Reading Intervention Teacher at P.s. 261 Prior to my experiences at P.s. 261 I’ve taught preschool for 3 years.
To share a few good words about me…. As I tell my students, I really enjoy “SLEEPING”. However, when I am not sleeping I enjoy teaching, learning, traveling or having any interactions to be introduced to a new culture or people. I graduate with a BA in psychology from Medgar Evers college additionally I furthered my studies at NYU where I obtained a MA in Early Childhood. I am certified to teach both General Education and Students with Disabilities. Also, I believe it’s truly important to take everything one day at a time. I intend to enjoy, learn from, and be reflective as I continue to have a successful year!
